The WDHE500S Series High-Shear Emulsifier is a precision-engineered device designed for demanding applications in biological, physical, chemical, cosmetic, and food testing environments. Utilizing advanced shear emulsification technology, it effectively disperses, homogenizes, and processes materials suspended in liquid media with remarkable efficiency.

At the core of this system is a powerful high-torque motor paired with a specially designed rotor–stator emulsification head. This setup produces exceptionally high linear velocities, generating intense shear forces and high-frequency mechanical effects. Materials are continuously drawn from the bottom of the container into the high-shear zone and then expelled through the stator under centrifugal force—ensuring rapid, uniform, and thorough emulsification.
