The WDH300 High-Shear Dispersion Homogenizer combines flexibility and convenience, and can be operated by hand. Equipped with an original German motor, it ensures more stable operation with lower noise. With a maximum speed of up to 30,000 rpm, it supports long-term continuous use. Compatible with over 20 types of working heads and capable of vacuum operation, it easily meets the demanding requirements of dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization experiments.
By utilizing a high-speed rotating rotor and a precision-engineered stator working chamber, the device generates powerful hydraulic shear, centrifugal compression, high-speed cutting, and impact forces. This enables thorough dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing, and mixing of materials, ultimately delivering stable and high-quality results.
It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, food, nanomaterials, coatings, adhesives, personal care, printing and dyeing, petrochemicals, paper chemicals, polyurethane, inorganic salts, asphalt, silicone, pesticides, water treatment, and heavy oil emulsification.
